Roasted tomato pasta is a flavorful dish with sweet, caramelized tomatoes and fresh herbs.

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and add the tomatoes, garlic, oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.

Mix then roast for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Broil 1-2 minutes to add a char to the tomatoes.

Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until tender but firm (al dente). Drain (do not rinse) and place in a large bowl.
